So, I don’t do this. Ever. Not really. Anyway, I’m sixteen and suffer from dermatillomania, an impulse control disorder on the OCD spectrum which causes my main stress response to be picking apart my skin. I’ve been struggling on and off with recovery for several years, and I really want to go to prom this year with clear skin on my arms and face. One note is one day I don’t touch my skin.
